Polite and courteous staff, everything spotless.
Unique location to explore Beziers and exceptional service. Lovely area. Exceptionally comfortable bed, super bathroom and a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and television in the room.

beautiful hotel with incredibly nice personnel and excellent view of the immaculate gardens. luxurious & neat room. exceptionally comfortable bed and extraordinary and large breakfast. great and unique location in magnifique gardens, and 15 minute walk from a roman catholic church. also - short walk to historic sites, the centre, and the national park. such wonderful experience there.

Couple's Relaxation Paradise
We were greeted with open arms and fresh lemonade, a nice touch! The breakfast was something else. Those omelettes just blew my mind, each bite was perfection!
It was a bit pricey, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

The private spa facilities and beautiful outdoor pool were fantastic for unwinding after a long day. With spacious, luxurious rooms and lovely private balconies, the views of the gardens and city added a nice touch to the experience.
Despite the great amenities, there were issues such as inconsistencies in room amenities, leaving some guests without what was promised. The lack of evening drink choices made winding down at night less enjoyable, and there were complaints about communication when it came to welcome amenities, which led to some confusion.
